@I can't get sleep. Nerve pain is bad. And my insomnia has been hard. Anybody up for talking. I need a friend. My ms is really acting up. My body especially my legs keep on going stiff. . My caregiver is sound asleep. And doesn't understand what I am going through. Please help. on Shift.ms
