Sharing resources

Hi everyone! I’m newly diagnosed last month but have been coming accords some great resources I’m compelled to share with you all. Dr George Jeleniks book ‘overcoming MS’ has been the light at the end of the tunnel for me, super resourceful and proactive on how to over come the disease. His book: https://overcomingms.org/resources/overcoming-multiple-sclerosis-book My naturopath recommended PEA - palmitoylethanolamide which I have not read about else where but it made a marked difference to the pain I was having, as well as calms the nerves (reduces/delays the severity of pins and needles/tingling etc) As well as a couple of docs; the connection, which explores the power of the mind, and the mind body connection, importance of meditation etc https://youtu.be/oke17WPcCLM Fantastic fungi: https://youtu.be/bxABOiay6oA has a section toward the end of the film which explores lions manes ability to create new neuro pathways in the brain. I hope you’re all keeping well and doing well 💕💕🧚🏼‍♀️

Hi, I am recently diagnosed too after an 18 month relapse, I guess, no one knew what it was until I finally got referred to the neurologist. I was thinking about getting this book, so might go ahead and order it now . It sounds quite interesting x
