Hi everyone just wanted to ask if someone has the same simptoms , i get really dizzy but only sometimes in the morning when am about to get out off bed I feel like everything is spinning the room and my and feel like am about to faint as soon as I get back to the same position it goes away if can last for couple off hours I can’t walk without holding on I vas told its vertigo I was review by physio for vestibular and was told it’s not vertigo. ❤️
