New guy!

Hey everyone, I'm hoping this will be the right place to come for a supportive experience, and I'd love to get to know some fellow MSers 😊 I was diagnosed in June 2024 with RRMS. It's been a real strain on my mental health, feels lonely. London is also not a great place for it. Any London folk, how do you cope?
