I have had them maybe once, but a friend with MS gets them pretty regularly. Scary and painful.

I had one that caused me to have a panic attack and faint because i didn’t understand what was happening. Went to the er walk in and after an some tests they ruled out heart problems. I also had ms hug so bad one day i couldn’t move. You could feel the spasms simply by placing your hand on my abdomen. When we work ourselves up into a frenzy like that the physical symptoms can seem like a heart attack
