Numbness
Me & my neurologist are pretty confident that I have permanent numbness in my hand.
Does anyone else have this and if so how are we dealing with it?
It’s my right hand (thank goodness not my dominant hand) but annoying none the less. Some days it’s terrible and others it’s not.?
Yes my hands have been numb permanent since diagnosis times. Up to elbows. Worse on left side- former left hander. I’m now a right 😖 I’ve normalized to the numb of wearing invisible gloves it’s been so long 😵💫 Upper body weight exercise I’ve found has been valid over the years. Get a hand grip exerciser ball if haven’t already for the days when things feel strange
I have in BOTH feet . Somedays I try to keep busy . Other days I just have to deal . But I just tore my rotator cuff. So my brain doesn’t know what tp do . With both pains . I just laugh . Just laugh and smile 😊
