@livi75 , depression is an aspect of MS that we all have to deal with. We're in mourning for what we've lost and what we may lose. This can also cause anxiety, for the near and long term future. Yes, anxiety is all in the head. We can know that we suffer from it, so that should be the problem half solved, shouldn't it? But, we can consciously try and address these problems, although we don't have much control over our sub-conscious, which continues to rattle away whilst we're asleep. It is an issue and I don't have an answer. I'm just lucky I don't have a husband, that's low on compassion and understanding, yet who should know better.......
Thank you so much Orlando27 reading your comments is so familiar to me. I am considering going on lemtrada still waiting to hear from my consultant if it's a runner for me. Thank you stumbler you're so right in everything you said im going to my GP this morning hopefully she will give me something to help shut my mind off. I guess their is no right or wrong way for partners to act. I feel sorry for him having to put up with me and my anxiety it's not easy for him. can't say I blame him for considering a divorce.
