I took that as a challenge and immediately picked up the books. I learned so much, specifically that the body's not stupid and can heal, if given what it needs. It all started off with me learning about the Multiple Sclerosis diet book by Doctor Roy Swank. I've come across many other points of information and resources. Direct-ms.org, the Minding Your Soul group on FB. Both free and I'm sure there's a lot more to come across with due diligence. on Shift.ms

Roy swank is a G. Sounds like your picking up the right books. I've followed low sat, plant based for a long time and I believe it certainly is beneficial.
