Everyone with an autoimmune illness suffers from the EBV virus.

When it gets into your body, It gets the lay of the land, and depending on how your diet is, it will set a home in a certain part of your body. If I'm not mistaken, I think for people with MS it's your kidneys.

There's the Coimbra protocol, where you'd have to see a certified protocol Dr., and they'd prescribe you with a particular high dose of vitamin D. You would have to make sure that you exercise for at least a half an hour a day and follow a low calcium diet. I seen a doctor in Saint Petersburg and did it for a while but I wasn't consistent and got a pea sized kidney stone. I didn't like that I had to follow a specific diet And couldn't do things like fast and had to drink that much water. https://photos.app.goo.gl/6ASS9wRR5FDBxb3KA
