MS and London freedom application

Hello those in UK/ London I recently applied for a Freedom Pass in London due to significant fatigue and neuropathic symptoms. During the mobility assessment, the assessor had me walk a short distance from A to B. I explained in advance that I could manage that specific distance on a good day, but my main barrier is the long-term impact, energy cost, and post-exertional backlash. Unfortunately, my application was rejected based on that brief snapshot. I’m feeling incredibly frustrated and unheard. Has anyone with an invisible illness successfully advocated for themselves or appealed a Freedom Pass rejection? I would really appreciate any tips, key phrasing, or advice on how to effectively evidence fluctuating symptoms and fatigue for the re-assessment/appeal process. Thanks for the advice

I got the West Midlands version approved when I had my driving licence revoked by DVLA. If you can’t drive due to medical condition you qualify for the pass

I got it in London, they did a video call with me. Unfortunately anyone that genuinely needs it sometimes misses out. You have to play the system!
