I experience a horrible stabbing pain in my right shoulder. I thought it was my upper back, but now I think it's my shoulder. The pain is so severe that during the time when it occurs, I'm unable to pee. I also wake up multiple times at night. The pain comes about every 40 seconds, I feel the stabbing sensation for about 7 seconds, and in total it lasts 40-1h multiple times per day. It's not just little stabs, it's 20/10 horrible stabbing pain. Chiropractor used to help for a couple of weeks, but now it stopped being effective. I take Paracetamol to help me sleep atleast, but I just survive this pain during the day. I don't want to take too much Paracetamol. Can anyone please advise me what kind of pain this is and also anything in ur opinion that i can do to reduce it. Thanks!
