Lemtrada?
Have others tried Lemtrada? I know the infusions are brutal and may require hospitalization, but I am wondering if it's something that might help. I know that no DMT will eliminate symptoms but the crap gap is a lot for me right now. I'm also just back from a 3-day transatlantic trip and boy has it taken a lot out of me. 7 1/2 hr flight and 6 hr time difference. I also left the day I had an iron infusion, which might have been a mistake. But I am likely to be wrecked for a few days. (It was a work trip, so I had a pair of 9 hr days.)

I had Lemtrada in 2022 and 2023 and since then no relapses. It's done a great job of stopping the relapses, which is what it is designed to do. However, it doesn't do anything for the symptoms you already have, as those relate to existing damage and it can't fix those, so I'm not sure if it will help to deal with the crap gap from Kesimpta or Ocrevus. It's not an easy treatment to deal with, I'm happy to discuss all the details if you message me privately. In the UK it's only available if your MS is very very active or isn't responding to other DMTs, not sure how it works in the US. Hope this helps
Good to be reaching out and getting some ‘lived with’advice.
