Does anyone suffer with pain in their legs/ knees? For the last few days I have been having a crampy pain in my left knee that is new and my leg is so stiff it is hard to bend and it makes it hard to stand. To date it has been my right leg that causes the problems. I don’t know if it’s due to my overindulgence in junk food, desserts, soft drinks over Christmas or change in routines over holidays- it is making me think I need to definitely change my lifestyle now 😬
