Hey there! First, congrats on the interview and good luck!! I work in HR and you should know that you have ZERO obligation to disclose a medical diagnosis at any point to anyone outside HR AFTER you have been hired and only if you need special accommodation(s). You shouldn’t ever have to disclose your diagnosis to your direct boss and I certainly wouldn’t share with the recruiter/interviewer. It’s not their business and shouldn’t impact their hiring decision! Best of luck!
