I so agree. I think pushing and staying positive was the key to my health. Diagnosed 26 years ago and swam before and after work, I never said I can’t. just kept moving and stayed positive. I’m 64 now and have had a very healthy life. I transitioned from swimming to hiking for stability before I had a brain tumor 15 years ago and had to keep on moving and heal from that keeping my balance intact. if I could give one form of advice to anyone newly diagnosed is to not give in. Move as much as you can and keep progressing teach those nerves you are the boss.
