By helping you, I help myself🙏🏻

Hello, I’m Delia.👋🏻 Before my diagnosis in 2025, I was a Zumba instructor and a mobility instructor for older adults and people with disabilities, with two years of experience. This diagnosis was a huge shock, but I’m trying to find something positive in it. I’ve realized that when I help others, I help myself and that’s how this idea came to me: to continue doing what I love from home, with people who truly need it. We can meet on video, talk, and I can listen and support you. I’m also currently taking a counseling course, so I can help you work on positive thinking and acceptance. At the same time, we can do mobility exercises together that helped me and my participants a lot.. Before MS, I had my own Zumba business and a beautiful community, and I don’t want to stop helping people. My neurologist told me that staying active helped me a lot and I truly feel that now. If you’ve been recently diagnosed, I’m here for you. Sometimes, the person who understands you best is someone going through the same thing… Send me a message and I’ll get back to you.💕 Thank you 🙏🏻

Hi Delia, It's amazing people like you who make Shift.ms what it is & the Buddy Network what it is. https://shift.ms/the-buddy-network It would be awesome if you would become a Buddy and help support others that way. I will send you a DM so we can get you involved and then look at next steps after that. Best wishes, Kelly

I think doing that is awesome! That's just awesome for real using your knowledge to help other people that are suffering with the same ailment that you are. That's that's awesome. I just said like awesome. That's four times now but anyway yeah. That's cool. You are helping people. I was a social worker before so I kind of understand the sentiment that you're coming from.
