Spin bike - mild incontinence 😂
Okay 😹
I did not know this could happen until it happened.
So I got myself a new spin bike. I've been exercising with it for about a week or so. I've been testing out the free fitness app SunnyFit without an apple watch or other fitness tech.
I started on 10 minute indoor cycling workouts to some 20 minutes.
So in indoor cycline there is pedal seated with resistance. then there is pedal and increase resistance and out of the sattle and stand and ride.
Today I learnt that mild incontinence can happen while going from pedal seating to pedal add resistance and pedal ride standing 😂
I had a outdoor bike as a kid and I took one adult spin class in my 20s. Finally now in my 40s I'm thinking I should exercise and do what I can to preserve my mobility.
Improvement is my walking I'm not leaning to the right when I walk and today I didn't feel dizzy stepping down stairs. Riding public transit there is a lot of stairs getting to the underground subway/tubes.
I do have fibroids . I see an OBGYN in August I will mention this incontitence while riding an indoor cycling bike. As they did find my fibroids sit on my bladder.
With MS I thought I share in chance someone else might exerience it. I know in the reboudner/ mini trampoline workout videos Earth and Owl mentions some possible incontience wiht the rebounding (jumping) because the fluid is moving out of the body for lymphatic drainage. I think the spin bike has the same effect.
The internet says this 😂💡
Spin bikes are excellent tools for promoting lymphatic drainage because the rhythmic contraction of your leg muscles acts as a natural pump to circulate lymph fluid.
