I'm sorry too ♥️ I find it frustrating when people say this as if we have control over our symptoms 🥴 try searching for neuropsychological fatigue in MS. This might help explain why you can't simply walk it off. I feel like I short circuit and my brain needs a rest to recharge before I can restart the task
