Work
Just wanted to see how people are with work and stuff I was diagnosed in May properly. Symptoms started in March. I’ve been signed off from work due to being a shop manager. I am unable to do things due to my hand numbness and unable to stand for longer than 15 minutes , my actual sick due to run out at the end of this month so I’m going through all the benefits stuff at the moment but I just wanted to know how other people are dealing with work and MS. Thanks for reading any comments welcomed
I am currently signed off also, took my five years to finally not have enough umph to carry on. My note runs out on 6th next month, dreading benefits because it’s beans and I won’t be financially ok
@melly777 ya I know that feeling at mo I am on half pay getting pip and little help from uc have just gone for esa which should hopefully kick in when my pay stops I know I can’t return to work due to hands and left leg and fatigue but so frustrating my MS nurse has told me to stay on sick until my company retire me due to ill health
