Things are getting better!!!

Things really seem to be improving. I have incorporated a workout routine, things are really getting better. Yes having MS is very frustrating but all it takes is a consistent drive to improve. I have started a little workout routine of some leg & chest workouts just to initiate some kind of workout regime and I can honestly say it has definitely been beneficial. I know I still have a way to go but it’s the positive approach that I have taken that I can appreciate the most. Yes, working out can be frustrating and tiring but I get up EVERYDAY just trying to improve more than I may have the day before. Yes there are times where I may not feel like doing ABSOLUTELY SHIT, but I push through the frustration and greatly appreciate the initiative that I’ve taken to improve. yes, this MS shit has really changed alot of things with me physically but formerly being a athlete I push that negative mindset to the side and PUSH TROUGH!!! because yes being diagnosed with this disability is tough but I look at things like IM STILL HERE!!!! and I refuse to quit!!!!! So to all my fellow MS Warriors out there just remember yes shit may be overwhelming & tough but ‘You Got This’!!! No Matter where u may be ‘We Are Warriors’ and ‘Let’s Get It’!!!! From one Warrior to another!!!!
