This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear today! Great tips. I learned to break down the individual movements involved in walking and treat each like a mini-exercise. I also like the idea of cardio being very possible while not overdoing the legs. ๐Ÿง๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธUpper body cardio sounds like a better goal to me! Good timing. I want to be able to do some neighborhood walking ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธwhen the weather improves. Thank you for sharing. I have to get moving. ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Also, great tip that stretching really should be done 3 times per day. Makes abundant sense to me! ๐Ÿ˜
