How have you been coping over the past few months?

Do you feel like you’re in a pretty good place or do you feel like you could do with more support? Even one year on, we’re conscious things still feel very uncertain, and many people are struggling more now, with the cumulative impact of social isolation and changes to healthcare and support, than they were last year. So, I thought I'd put together a short list of resources from Shift.ms that might help if you feel you still need some support: 1. Boost your mind health: https://shift.ms/series/ppe-for-the-mind 2. What I've learned about Covid-19 - a guide by an MSer: https://shift.ms/blogs/what-ive-learnt-about-coronavirus-ms-a-guide-by-an-mser (or in fact any of our blogs) 3. Find other MSers to connect with near you: https://shift.ms/find-msers 4. 5 talking points for your next neurologist appointment: https://shift.ms/blogs/5-talking-points-for-your-next-neurologist-appointment 5. 5 top tips for fatigue - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3gZt9PZHpYM&list=PLm0sRroMtds3dn9KmZViNT2MljbEVfcmR Don't forget you can always post here on the forum to ask about anything that's on your mind. Please do add anything else which you've found a useful source of support and guidance to share with others who might find it helpful.
