This site, http://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/ , has a reputation for being invaluable at times like this. There is an annual subscription, but most people feel it is well worthwhile. Conversely, all the information provided should be obtainable elsewhere, so I've been told. A trip to the Citizen's Advice Bureau may also be in order, if you have one in easy reach. Preparation to these assessments is key.

I'd just say that you need to be realistic and describe your symptoms based on a worse day... Otherwise they only seem to make note of positives ... They don't seem very human to me! Good luck :) xxx
