went doctors today and told me i have too start treatment even though am so early into the diagnoses. not exactly looking forward into injecting my self, anyone else do this every day?

I am on Rebif 44 for the last 2-3 years. I thought I had a relapse and went to the Dr who gave me an MRI. The MRI showed no active lesions, so I was getting infections muddled up with relapses!.
I think Rebif is doing me some good,
Also the injections are under the skin i.e not deep into the body so less painful.
