Your latest ocrevus infusion

Has anyone recently had an infusion of ocrevus? Were you told to shield after? I'm due another round next Wednesday and I've been seeing mixed information on having to shield again 🥴

Hi I had an infusion of Ocrevus last week, and prior to this spoke to my MS nurse who said they are not recommending shielding but added the proviso that it may be different in some areas (presumably those with higher levels of covid in the community). The MS nurse said: 'We follow the guidance of the Association of British Neurologists and they have not indicated the need for shielding post infusion'. Hope this helps...

@murray thanks for this. I haven't spoken to my nurse in quite a while. I was talking to my consultant last month and he said I might have to shield again even tho community infections are extremely low. Daily infections in the whole city are either zero or single digits
