Working with MS

I’m struggling atm. My ms has plagued me since day 1 of diagnosis mentally and physically. I would like to reduce my hours at work and work part time, my wife works and we have no children. My problem is, myself and my wife are on fairly low incomes and I can’t bare the thought of having next to nothing left after bills. My other problem is that my attendance is pretty bad and some days I can’t bare the thought of working as in just that knackered. What financial help do people get? I have looked into it but can’t see id be entitled to anything, it all seems so complicated I don’t know where to start!

I'm in the same boat as you are and it's not easy to be struggling to make enough money for anything! I'm on disability and I work everyday and still don't have any money ! I tried getting the disability tax credit and they said that I don't qualify for it! I don't make enough for it! I think it's a huge problem that I struggle every day working for nothing but bills 🤬 ! And people who don't work have it easy to get money for nothing! I really hope you can get the extra money coming in some how to help you out! Life is a struggle but it's how you deal with it is the only way you can get through the struggles 😊! I wish you luck and have a great day 😎

Have a look at https://benefits-calculator.turn2us.org.uk/AboutYou It might be helpful. Also MS society helpline can be good as a start All the best
