Who do you tell?

I started back a work after taking a few days off for my treatment. My employer knows about my MS and is very supportive however others don't know anything. I had a lot of questions over the past couple of days such as 'where have you been' which I instinctively lied about. Suppose I was just wondering who does it help to tell? I don't want people to look or treat me differently but I've been told what I'm doing by not talking about it is unhealthy. :(
@cakeangie

Like you I have a very good employer who knows the full details but I prefer not to tell me colleagues. I tend to stick as close to the truth about my symptoms without explaining the underlying cause of the symptoms (ie MS). I am lucky in that I can work from home on fatigue days. Migraine is a good reason to give people, I do get migraines but not the amount my colleagues think I have!

@grandma

People forget very quickly, shrug your shoulders and say you were just dealing with a virus, not ecessarily a lie, they will stop asking within a few days and you can get back to square oneπŸ‘‚πŸ™πŸ»πŸ˜œ
