What does everyone eat?

Hi, Wondering what you all eat ? Is it super healthy ? Rachael X 🌞

I have fresh pineapple or frozen pineapple juice every day. Pineapple fights inflammation, they serve it to athletes at the Olympics. Canned or cooked doesn't work. I try to eat as many berries as I can and nuts. You can find lists of anti-inflammatory foods on the internet. I also cut a lot of dairy out of my diet, I have nut milk on my cereal in the morning. Hi @potter im interested in daily diet as imbeing very strict ! What do you eat in a typical day ? When you say you have cut out a lot of dairy , is that everyday or now and again and which type ? Do you take any supplements ? I like pineapple 🍁 Rachael 🌻
