I have been following the best bet diet for 8 years no gluten, dairy low fat, I do feel better when I’m on it, i brought a book by Judy Graham Ms naturally it’s got lots of great information about diets and exercises for ms

@simone2 how has your condition faired in that time? I’m also on a similar diet all be it around a few months but I have also started fasting for 16-18 hours a day, which actually fits into my eating habits as i’m not a breakfast person.

I’ve really not got much worse but still get lots of symptoms but my symptoms get much worse if I come off the diet i also take lots of supplements and notice the difference if i stop taking them

ralee i also started a 5.2 diet and felt much better i lost too much weight ( im slim anyway) but have notice when I eat smaller meals I have more energy

@susan_mary_augustovic Hey there fellow Taurean, we share a birthday, though not birth year as I’m May 9 1964. Anyway just wondered if you’ve come across Overcoming MS – https://overcomingms.org – there’s a lot about diet there. I don’t follow it 100% (I can’t give up dairy!) but a lot of it makes sense to me.
