BOOTS, messing up an order and me refusing to take injections which off them at the time were about 60 quid a shot (it was quite a few quids worth!) The medications had been stopped/dose changed! Whole pots of dietary supplements being returned to chemist because medics stop the medication. And dose changes with the best part of a packet/carton etc left.
