want to know

Dear All Merry Christmas to all of youu ... here is my question. I have been living outside eu zone and not in UK anymore for about six years. I asked HMR to send me the breakdown of my tax contribution for each year I did not pay, so they did and I have started to pay for my NI contribution for each year I could not contribute. I am on Gilenya which is provided by the institution in the country where l live. Regarding my treatment, once a year l see the neuro in London, but we just talk no test or drugs were given. The question how am I going to benefit from paying NI contribution in UK. Can I use NHS when I come to visit London during the summer holidays and can I get any drugs, test etc,, done...? (I have lived and worked in London for many years but no idea about the tax and benefit systems, never used those services and have always found them very complicated so I am scared to come back and fall into that net that creates stress). Thanks everyone
