@enzo , there is a drug, Fampridine, which can help some with walking, although it doesn’t work for everyone:-

Whether you can get this on prescription is another matter…….

In November 18 that’s the drug I was asking for I just couldn’t think what it was called.anyway the neurologist wasn’t interested in that he was more focusing on trying to stop more damage that’s when I was offered DMT which was lemtrada in March 19 like I mentioned in one of my posts that I haven’t noticed any real improvent in my walking but tomorrow I have an appointment with the neurologist which he scheduled before the treatment so I’ll ask tomorrow if he will try me on fampridine I think you get the 1st month free but then you have to pay

@enzo, I am on fampyra, and for me, it’s definitely helping. Remind the neuro yes it’s just symptomatic treatment, but along with the DMT why not try to be the best you can be? Good luck trying it out.
