Vitamin D3 and you

I often see threads up here and I certainly read them, but sometimes I simply can't tell if the posters want sympathy or practical help. So instead, I've decided the best thing to do tonight is to simply post up a bit about Vitamin D3 and why you need to be taking it. Here's an example of a pretty cheap vitamin D3 supplement: https://ie.iherb.com/pr/California-Gold-Nutrition-Vitamin-D3-125-mcg-5-000-IU-360-Fish-Gelatin-Softgels/70317 If you're not on a vitamin D3 supplement yet, now you can order it online. Autumn is here, there's less sunshine and you might as well start this as soon as possible. There's plenty of research to support taking it. But sure who's got the time or inclination for research links? I wouldn't inflict that nonsense on ye. Here's one for the craic: https://bit.ly/IqT6zt Point is, take your 125mcg or 5000IUs of vitamin D3 every day. It helps. It's cheap. You might as well. Get a fish oil supplement as well while you're at it.

Also be aware that D3 absorption is impacted by age so it is more important to be aware of as you get older. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3501367/ Your first link above took me to a jazzy love song...something nice for a Saturday night ;-)

@Shtanto

Jazzy love song you say? How odd. Could everyone else check that link for me? Thanks ☺️
