@crussell , it’s good to be home, isn’t it?

Hmmm, natural things to help? Well, rest and relaxation – give your body a chance. Gentle exercise would be good, but only very moderate. Your body will guide you. But, also some gentle exercise of your eyes, moving eyes up and down, left and right. And, switching from near vision, i.e. reading, to far vision, i.e. looking out of a window.
