Hi - Welcome, I guess, an MS site or diagnosis isn't really what you want to hear but it it gets you on the path to some answers it is good. I don't see where you are from in your profile but I often refer people that are looking for answers to Dr Boster's You Tube Channel. He is a Neurologist in Ohio/US that is a MS specialist that has out out hundreds of MS videos for free consumption. You may find your answer there and this forum is very helpful and resourceful but everyone's MS is different. You can search using the little magnifying glass in the upper left on any issue for past discussions. This is Dr Boster's 5 steps for diagnosis video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0csvVXatlFo&t=7s This is his message to the newly diagnosed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvQXygHtYzc&t=29s Good luck - hope you find your answers - you found the right place ;-)
