Hi @mary1992 and welcome. You're not alone in being driven crazy by this. There's some details of this annoying symptom here, which may be useful :- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/dizziness-vertigo We do tend to blame MS for everything, so has you regular Doctor examined you for any ear problems? There is a condition called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), that needs to be discounted.
