Vent

I thought I would use this to vent. So I have such pain in my left leg. I can not stand still. Bend or straighten my leg. Getting in and out of bed is so painful. I can't go to the toilet quickly. Standing to wee is not possible so I have to sit. Wait for the pain to calm down then I can go, then I have to who work up the courage to stand again. I have medicine for it actually I hAve been aloud to up my dosage still not working yet three weeks and counting! I had a bright idea today. I decided that not using my legs are making it worse. So struggled getting dressed forced some shoes on and went for a walk forced myself through the pain. Thought it was actually working as it felt a little better until I got home again. I have just to finished crying and decided to vent on here to make myself feel better then I will watch the telly.

@gazmataz- you are strong and determined!!Keep going, great job, kicking butt!! Vent away! I’d report these symptoms to your supports.... some make logbooks. When I struggle with pain and loss leg movement and mobility, I take extra magnesium, pain killers and muscle relaxants. You’re not alone. Thing is I just “overcome” symptoms and another pops up😬🙄😣 keep laughing and take special care of yourself!!!

@gazmataz in the past, I've taken Baclofen for the spasticity and Gabapentin for the pain if it's really bad. Makes me sleepy though What I've found that helps most is CBD. I thought that the oil was a bit nasty, so I take the capsules. I usually just take 15 to 30 mg at night. It doesn't make you high, but helps relax the nerves and the spasticity stops so you can sleep. The next day, the pain is better. Not that cheap but worth it to me, cuz I'm not suffering 24/7. Best part is I'm not a zombie all the time either.
