Urinary tract infections

I'm having symptoms of another uti/kidney infection this is my 7th since July...anyone else get these? I've had antibiotics everytime, and looks like I'm going to be starting my 8th tomorrow

I get utis in bunches - 3 or 4 in 2012, 2 in 2015 and 3 last year. The antibiotics take a few days to work, but then the balance of microbe power in my gut is messed up for a month. Do you use any probiotic diet adjustments after the antibiotics?
