tysabri antibodies?!
hi - has anyone here been tested for this?
i'm waiting on the results of a blood test to confirm if this is my case, but does anyone know what the UK treatment options are if tysabri is no longer effective? Do you switch to something like tec, or does lemtrada become available?

@poorusernamechoice , here's a bit about these antibodies :- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/neutralising-antibodies I'm sure there are options available to you. Ocrevus and Mavenclad spring to mind. So, do discuss the situation with your Neuro. Especially the risk of rebound MS activity when, and if, you stop the Tysabri.
