Been following the exploits of Dean vs MS videos which help as we are off to Orlando in December. Off to Japan in October for the Rugby World Cup and I thought hmmm as I use a scooter for longer journeys or time on me feet, I would rent one over there....... well that's now out the window as you can't take one on the Bullet Train or Buses/Taxis so I have now rented an Electric Wheelchair that folds!! Apparently you can go everywhere with one, without permission (unlike with a scooter). This from the country that will be hosting the Paralympics!! Permission! Certificates to prove worthiness of scooter! Jesus, I live with MS in 2019 not 1919. Come on Japan get a grip.
