Travel to USA and ESTA forms

Hi everyone, Hoping you could help me, I'm due to go to NYC in November and currently filling ut our visa applications and the first question they ask is if you have any physical or mental disorders - would you tick yes or no to this???? I am completely flummoxed as I'm assuming it's to do with risk to others but then read somewhere its to stop risk on their health care ( I have insurance) HELP PLLEEEEASE

I travel to the States a lot as I lived there, I have a visa but as long as you show that you have insurance then filling an ESTA is no problem Insurance has been spoken about on here, I use Staysure, no reason other than it is affordable. so do not worry, be truthful and all will be well, not sure if I cover this topic in my blog yet but January I am due over and will do so www.wholesorts.com

Did you tick 'yes' to physical disorder on your form? I clicked 'no' as we believed it was more to do with disorders that are a danger to others etc. Thanks for the reply, luckily my insurance through my bank will cover me as the holiday was booked prior to me being diagnosed!
