@hlywln94 , have you just started any new tablets, which might be responsible for the dizziness? Pregabalin and Baclofen are the usual response to pain and spasm. They can establish the underlying cause of your problem and suggest treatment/medication. Your MS Nurse may be able to arrange a referral for you.

@stumbler Long story, I came off pregablin a while ago and recently restarted it and I know it drops my blood pressure to the point of fainting but this is different, I've started them and baclofen together this time. My Ms nurse is referring me to the incontinence team, another appointment to add to the forever growing list.
