Today I begin the next journey

I got the news of ms a month ago. I guess I've had time to work through it. Today I see the doctor for a question about everything. I chose a drug I'm interested in trying it's kind of nerve wracking. It's my life I'm dealing with. I'm not scared but I'm still want to be sure all things are my decision. I am in charge of me. Trying to be proactive.

Hi and welcome @ash33. Don’t feel too rushed about making this important decision. If you are armed with the facts, you could delay start of treatment for a month or so until you are sure. Having time to process verything is so important. Ask questions about what your care and support will look like. For example, if you wake up one morning with a weird new symptom, who do you call? How will you be monitored over time? Make sure you avoid Fr Google at all costs. Sick to credible MS sites, as their advice will be relevant and accurate. Or ask any questions here, there will always be someone around, all the best x

Hi @ash33 and welcome to our exclusive club, you are in charge of you and that's how it should be, but don't forget we're only at the end of the keyboard, and with ms there's no such thing as a silly question, so ask if you need to, someone here will know the answer to almost any question relating to ms or not😜👏👂
