Tired....
So tired....all I've done today is go for afternoon tea with my Mum, Sister in Law and 2 nieces (5+8). I feel like I've run a marathon and been hit by a bus as well.
I'm supposed to be going back to work next Tuesday after 3 and a half weeks off.
Had a sensory relapse, pins and needles and weakness down my left side. It is no better and I've never had this kind of relapse before. Always been double vision previously which I had in February. Relapes are usually 3 years apart for me, these two haven't 😪

I am so sorry to hear that! Have you gotten any steroids?
@nikchez . with MS, our brains are always working away, trying to operate normally whilst avoiding the MS-damaged areas. Having an afternoon chatting, on top of the activity above is mentally tiring, more than you can believe. So, you continue to live and learn. Now, rest up for a few days to prepare for Tuesday. If Tuesday becomes too tiring, make your excuses and go home early.
