Bummer, I am due for MRIs within the next month or so. It will be my first set since starting on Ocrevus last fall. I have had progression with no new lesions so my Neuro labeled me SPMS now. Not sure why I wasn't moved to another DMT when I kept accruing lesions in the early days except I guess there weren't a lot of options back then. These days I would think that you'd be pushed to a different one if one was found not to work for you. I watch a lot of the Dr Boster videos on his you tube channel and he compares them to birth control...if you get pregnant while on it, well, you would automatically say it failed you...we should have that expectation of our DMT in his opinion. Interesting concept.
