Hi again, Like the proverbial bus...don't post for months then two come along in quick succession. Got the phone call I was expecting today. I've been told to stop taking Tecfidera as my lymphocytes haven't moved above 0.4. Will get more bloods done in January and attend an already planned appointment with consultant mid February to decide next course of action. In other news I managed to run around 2.5 miles (most of the way) for 30 minutes without falling on my ass, with help of Boxia brace and a fitness/healthy eating programme I've been on for 10 weeks through SPFL FFIT Fan.
