Hi all, On my third week on tecfedieria now and I think it’s finally hit me I’m really struggling. Not sleeping at night due to stomach pain and bloating and nothing seems to ease it. Also feeling very sick but can’t throw up. Been to the doctor’s to get anti sickness tablets but they don’t seem to be helpful. I’m not eating or drinking much cause my stomach feels so full. Does anyone have any tips for the nausea and bloating? The meals they take which seem to help as I know it’s meant to be high protein and fat? And has anyone had the same experience, fine for the 2 weeks then I’ll on the 3rd?
