Take vitavins
Tell me, please, does anyone take vitamins? I was prescribed vitamin D3, vitamins C, Сolostrum, 5 HTP. I drank them for one year and four months from the time of diagnosis, and as far as I understand, I will always drink them.

Hi, I take lots of vitamins, but they are tablets I pay for them myself, I do feel much better for taking them because i have ran out of them a few times and i felt much worse.
I buy mine in gummy forms, because I can't be bothered to take a pill it seems everyday lol. I take D3 for now, which was the only thing I'm critically low in. What is Сolostrum?
