T-Rex arms

Just wondering if anyone suffers from the very scientifically named “T-Rex 🦖 arms” as demonstrated in the following video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oDSMRshlf_o And if so is there anything you can do to straighten them apart from get a freind to gaffa tape broom 🧹 handles to your arms. I keep knocking everyone out when I try to scratch my nose. Thanks

@doubleo7hud , the only thing I can suggest is a combination of muscle relaxants and stretching. Have a word with your MS Nurse to arrange some physio advice.
