Symptom diary's or app's recommendation

Hello can any recommend any symptom diary app's please that I could you to best record or capture my symptoms. As I have been since my suspected TIA sending my daughter text messages detailing my symptoms as they happen or as close as possible giving the nature of some of them. I realise I could be doing this better or in an easier format that could be used to share with Dr's etc and help gather a picture or any patterns.

Hi @mavisdavies For paper based tracking the MS Impact scale might work: https://www.mstrust.org.uk/sites/default/files/MSIS-29.pdf You can fill it in monthly or every fortnight? I track mine monthly via a bullet journal (more here: https://stephaniezihms.wordpress.com/2017/07/22/keeping-track-of-my-ms/) I was at an MS patients conference over the weekend and someone there mentioned some but I can't remember the name. This post from the Mighty might help you get to know some apps: https://themighty.com/2018/11/chronic-pain-best-tracking-apps/ And here is a summary of more MS specific apps: https://www.healthline.com/health/multiple-sclerosis/top-iphone-android-apps I hope you find something that works for you.

Hi @stephz thanks I will check them out. I have found one called MS Notes which looks good and it appears I have not realised some important things to record like weather, length and mood. I'm also not sure if I'm currently experiencing some type of relapse as some old symptoms have returned with some new ones.
